Anyone in the Pawtucket area? Tomorrow is the Rhode Island Dragonboat Race (spree: site has sound). The event is BYOF (Bring Your Own Fiber) there are food vendors, cultural events, dragonboat races, and the race site is apparently a lovely park on the Blackstone River. Details in this boston.com article. Come cheer on the Living Root Dragon Boat team. The Baby Barbie Blanket and I will be there, paddling with Living Root Mixed Team #2. Feel free to stop by our team site and say “Hi”, we are extremely friendly dragons. (FYI – Next Saturday we’ll be racing in Hartford.)
