No more Lincoln Motel (the things you saw there as the train went by were eye opening to this innocent girl from the burbs). No more Westinghouse factory. Penn Station has been cleaned up and there is a light rail line connecting it to the Broad St. Station. (take note Boston, even Newark NJ has an easy public transit option connectiing the two main rail hubs).
I wouldn’t call Newark a “broad” any more, but she still has a way to go before she is a lady. Hope she doesn’t destroy all her great bones in the process.
