Workaholic

Don’t be one.  Because when the work is gone, or you can’t do it anymore, you lose ‘control’.  It’s not pretty watching someone out of control that way.

Recovering workaholics need a 12 step program.

Please excuse me if I don’t respond to e-mails or comment often over the next few weeks.  It’s going to be a bumpy ride.

  3. Kat- When I left, I found myself comparing the experience to jumping off a speeding, out-of-control, train. You know it’s the right thing to do, but it doesn’t make the landing any less rocky and painful.

So, tell me . . . did I miss something, or are you just taking a multi-week vacation and will soon return to the grind? (((HUGS))) to you as you go through your detox.
